Limp Noodle mount

Sure if that car is parked in a museum on a solid granite floor in the midwest! Any slight shaking, oh like an engine actually running at idle will cause this contraption to fall off onto the floor. I didn't even get to the magnetic part-so poor was the ability of the spring loaded fingers to hold any tension. This is a sorry excuse for a mount that I had such high hopes for. Sure in an Airplane on the tarmac sitting still it may hold, but I seriously doubt this would survive in a moving anything. So much potential. So many ideas for how it could be made better. FAIL.

Clamp is weak

I bought this device because it looks nice and sturdy. Quite disappointed. I paid more because I wanted something that functions as designed but it soon became totally unusable and is just a paper weight.
