mount's pole moves too much

Review after my first use in my Dodge Dakota those cupholders slide out of the front of the center console. The height of my cellphone is great. The cellphone holder pole moves a lot with driving, so much that it loosened and disconnected and fell; I tightened it harder, and it didn't fall again. Because my truck's cupholder placement, I have to move my arm to see my cellphone screen; this minor issue can be overlooked. With the device's pole rotated away from me, my cellphone covers the device's built-in cupholder, making it unusable. The flexible pole obviously needs to be stiff, but I wish its top end had a pivoting connector with a locking nut to allow the cellphone to be better tilted. My truck's cupholder has an adjustable arm to tighten on the cup. The device's cup insertion base has ingenious tightening pads, but I can't too much because one of the pads will press against the adjustable arm. Previously I unsuccessfully tried to use cellphone holders with suction cups or clips to vents. This device's mounting into a cupholder is better.

This item did not meet my needs. The arm extended far too high and could not be adjusted down. Then the ratcheting mechanism holding the cellphone stopped engaging within only a couple of weeks. I had to buy a different Cellphone coffee cup holder.

Works well on my cupholder.
There be times you have to retighten it which is simple by just rotating to hold it in place.
There is a slight when placing on my car's cup holder that will not be able to rotate fully on the stand of the phone holder from my Honda CR-V.

I love how sturdy and easy to use this product is. I have tried dash mounted and vent mounted holders and they never work. This works amazingly well and is easy to secure and use.
The only issue i have is that I am in and out of the car several times a day and the cradle that you squeeze to grip the phone to hold it in place is already having issues. The button that releases the grip on the phone keeps getting stuck and i have to wrestle with it to pop back out so it will then ratchet and secure my phone.

First one started unfortunately coming undone after 2 weeks, but other than that isn’t too bad for the price but could have a better build when it comes to the bar that holds the mount

This mount is convenient because it doesn’t require sticking anything to your dash or windshield. It’s sturdy, only when adjusted correctly, and it keeps the phone visible for navigation and calls. I like how easy it is to move between vehicles. The only downside is that fit can vary depending on your cup holder size and shape.

It’s cheaper than the superior product but the holder is pretty floppy and not sturdy.
The button on the side to release the holder mention is hard to press and mine started faltering after 2-months of use. It sticks in half of the time. I would pay the extra money for the superior product.

Product cheaply made. Wouldn't hold to cup holder, phone mount too tall and not adjustable.

Bobblehead like phone mount

The button on the phone mount is hard to use, and the grippers obscure the sides of the phone making it hard to touch the edges unless you have little bitty fingers. It moves like one of those little bobblehead figurines when the phone is in the mount and I'm driving down the road. It does get the phone right up there where I can see it but the rest of it is just not well made.

I'm using it, but it's very cumbersome. The phone comes up way higher than expected. Having the built in cup holder is nice, as I still get two cup holders, but the phone usually blocks my screen and it's just hard to operate.

Very functional multipurpose phone/cupholder.
Easy to adjust height and angle for the view of your phone. One button removal of the phone. Easy to adjust to fit any size cupholdrrs.

This holder is so flimsy. If you have a nokia, you're good, but my s24 was too heavy for the holder. it weighed it down and as I tried to manipulate the rubber tube, it broke.

It works great if you don't mind the phone juggling from the cars movement but it offers an extra cup holder for the one you use to place the mount.

Honestly it's pretty nice, but the only (and big) downside is that while your phone is mounted it bounces around. The bendable rod isn't rigid mounted rigid enough so your phone ends up shaking around while you drive.

I purchased this because I thought it was convenient and liked the cup holder aspect of it. I only use it when I DoorDash. Only issues I found was the arm should be more stable as it does move a little and sometimes you have to re-secure it and I wished it had a lock ir latch to secure it in place. Overall it’s a good product.

It’s nice enough. But wobbly when driving. The part that holds it is very stable but still wobbly. You can put a cup in the holder and that works well.

It does a good job holding my phone, but the cup holder is so small it does not hold much (if anything, I use it to hold my sunglasses). The entire thing comes loose sometimes if I accidently move the mechanism to hold it in place.

The product concept and design are great. Unfortunately, the cupholders in my car are too large for this product to work
