I was hesitant to buy this and now after hooking it up in my Mustang, it wobbles, it doesn’t stay still, it bounces all over, and is extremely bulky. Going to the trash bin.

Easy install, secure in cupholder and stays out of the way. The only poor feature is the bendable pole itself. It moves around a lot with the movement of the vehicle. Otherwise 5 stars.

It may work for some applications but not for me. The product was made from cheap plastic and it did not tighten into the cup holder. A user should expect the phone mount to shake while driving, perhaps even falling out of the cup holder. I returned the product.

This cup holder phone holder combo is easy to install and the post to hold your phone is very sturdy and kind of hard to bend but once you get it where you want it the post does not Bend back. I use the extra little wire holder for a trash bag with one handle tied on it instead of my gear shifter now.

Quite useful phone holder for car

Have been using this new phone holder for a few weeks now - and have been well pleased with it. I am still able to use my cupholder for canned beverages - but tall wide beverage containers might be an issue and have to use another cupholder. The neck of the holder sticks well up into the air making it easy to see - and it does not bounce around much unless I get on really rough, bumpy roads. The phone is grasped very well by this holder. There is a small release button on the lower right that promptly releases the grip on the phone - though you have to remember where it is - as it is not visible when in use. One can angle or spin the arm around a bit as needed. Some people might not like this high rise holder if their vehicle has a big screen display in the middle of the dash - especially if the cupholders are very forward in the middle console. For my vehicle it does great - and I am well pleased with this purchase.

Retractable button switch broke in the clutch position within 2 weeks. This is also too tall and interferes with driving. Would definitely not recommend this design.

Good quality, decently flexible between vehicles. Only gripe is wishing the neck for the phone holder was a little more stiff. Bounces around a fair bit when driving, so GPS can be a bit unsteady. Solid overall though

Doesn’t hold phone securely, flexible arm also creates a lot of bouncing, which exacerbates loose grip problem. Purchased for use in a golf cart, and the added bounce made this product unusable.

The arm is not rigid, so there is some bounce of the phone. Also, the arm does not stay screwed in place very well, so I find myself having to tighten it frequently.

The product is probably solid for others but due to the extension arm's length, the cup holder proved to be too cumbersome for my vehicle's interior configuration.
