    Even after swabbing the area with alcohol where I planned to place this product, once I placed my cell phone into the holder, the holder fell over.

    Updated version is better than the older model I bought a year ago. The vent mount is a better for me to reduce anything on my dash.

    This phone holder is terrible. My phone keeps falling out even after tightening the grips. When I'm driving and it falls out, it can cause an accident.

    We found the Cell Phone holder to be very helpful. It was easy to attach the phone. Easy to read and follow map. Used it on a long trip. Easy to get the phone off the holder

    I could not get it to work anywhere in my car (large SUV). The only flat spot on my dash it blocked my line of sight, and the air clips to put it in the air vent were to short and wouldn’t grip on. I was disappointed that I couldn’t get it to work but I think that’s due to equal parts its design and the cars design.

    It's only for window. But it doesn't stay firm. After few days tge object move by itself, I tried to exchange it at the store and the guy told just because the item doesn't have any damage I have to resolve it with costumer service from the company who own the item. Very bad experience
