Horrible costumer service

I purchased this cellphone mount for my car and returned it the same day because it wasn’t right. Best Buy told me they would exchange it, but when I finally received the replacement today, it’s missing the base part—making it completely useless. To make matters worse, when I tried to return it, Best Buy refused because it had been “over two weeks,” even though I had returned the original item the very same day I bought it. There was no way for me to know my exchange would arrive incomplete. Poor product quality and even worse customer service.

Useless phone holder

Doesn't Always Work Well

I need to fiddle with the button to get it working. When it is working, the grip does a good job of holding my flip phone.

After few days tge object move by itself, I tried to exchange it at the store and the guy told just because the item doesn't have any damage I have to resolve it with costumer service from the company who own the item. Very bad experience
