It was indeed powerful and the active blade function was very convenient, accessories never had the chance to use them although they looked flimsy. Disappointing quality though specially for that price

We set a high standard for our products, however, your experience is certainly not indicative to the level of excellence we strive to achieve. it is important to note; do not immerse the motor part or gearboxes in water or any other liquid and clean with a damp cloth only. I have one of the older ones and needed another for our summer place well I love this new one. Sturdy, comfy on the hands. So much easier to use than a big clunky stand mixer, especially for smaller amounts but still can do a good sized job.
