From its name Multiserve. this Braun coffee maker serves multiple coffee sizes options. It has a really nice and sleek looking. It is made of plastic and brushed stainless steel, which gives it an excellent style. It is Braun, so my expectations are always high because Braun is known for making high-quality and innovative products and does not disappoint me. The water reservoir is removable for easy water filling. The water reservoir has a charcoal filter for better water quality that is impurities, odors, and poor taste free. Also, it has a carrying handle. In addition to its removability feature, Braun also engineered it to have a handle for secure carrying, which I found pretty attractive and helpful. The Control panel is touch-enabled and very responsive. The multiserve dial has a classic and aesthetic design that is sturdy to use and offers well-illustrative serving options. Setting the clock, Auto On feature, and water hardness and altitude are straightforward. The clock also shows brewing freshness after the Coffee is brewed, so I can always know how fresh the Coffee is. The only missing feature in this Bruan machine is the warming period. The hotplate stays on for 2 hours only, and I found nothing in the user manual to extend it more than the default 2 hours duration. While the warm plate is on, a red led light stays on until it is wholly cooled down. The lever can be moved to select Coffee, DripStop, and Hort Water. When the lever is set on Coffee, the control panel intuitively lights up to highlight the function I can choose from; also, when on Water, the buttons change to have fewer options because no brewing is needed. Relatedly, buttons are turned off when the lever is set on DripStop, and only the power button flashes to indicate that pouring is closed. The Cup shelf is nicely placed for smaller cups. It folds down and seems sturdy. So, in my opinion, this coffee maker offers most of the features found in other brands in the market, but the most feature I like is the hot water dispenser. It allows me to make black tea or herbal tea in under 2 minutes without being flavored by coffee residues. Also, the glass carafe is high quality and does not spill at all. I'm happy with this Braun MutilServe coffee maker.

I really wanted to give this a better review, but here it is. This coffee maker does make great coffee, but has some flaws…the hit plate only stays on two hours and you can’t extend it unless you decide to brew another 1/2 carafe of coffee. It’s a little complicated to first set up because the coffee/drip stop/water switch does affect which buttons you can press on the control panel such as time set, elevation, water hardness, etc. it doesn’t use pods, for the different sizes of cups, you have to use a new filter each time which has its plus and minus, great for the environment because of no plastic from the pod, bad for convenience because it takes a little longer. On the plus side, it did brew coffee faster than our old Cuisinart. Also the descaling came up pretty quick for us, we didn’t have descaler so used the 1/2 water 1/2 vinegar after removing the built in water filter, so far no issues, just made sure to run a few cycles of plain water. Overall I do like the coffee maker and it does force you to keep fresh coffee around with the two hour arming plate timer.

This was by far the best coffee pot I’ve ever owned. But unfortunately my doctor had me cut back on my coffee so I went to the pod things. I now have this pot in my shop that I use and it does make a great half pot, but as a real coffee drinker we know a half pot isn’t as good as a full pot. But if it wasn’t for my doctor I’d definitely buy this pot again.

I am a big coffee drinker every morning starts with 2 cups of coffee so this multi serve coffee pot and set up is absolutely perfect during the summertime I have my cold brew and during the winter time I have my hot tea and coffee they offer so many different sizes of cups that you can feed yourself with one cup or when you have multiple people over you can make a whole pot I really like the fact that it comes with the charcoal filter so it gives the coffee an extra clean taste to it tapwater can taste weird but this function provides that taste of filtered water that you won’t get from the bottled water which to me taste different as well. You can choose your cup size and then whether it’s hot or cold over ice whether you are going for a bowl taste or a light taste you can brew an entire pot in less than eight minutes or if you just want hot water for tea soup or anything this gives you precise amounts. It takes ground coffee not coffee beans but you are not limited in your selection because to me there are more options for ground coffee then there are for being coffee. It’s a little bit large compared to other coffee makers but again this is individual coffee and coffee in a pot so it’s the best of both worlds

This machine makes very good coffee. It's very adaptable for your needs from a single service to a full pot. It even has an iced coffee option. Would recommend

As a coffee lover and owning Nespresso, I wanted to have regular brew coffee maker for my organic drip full cup of hot coffee. This one does not make coffee as hot as other brands. As soon as you add some creamer it gets cool. Trust me, I own a different brand auto drip machine and coffee is sizzling hot with same amount of a creamer. This one keeps dropping when you open the top or remove a full cup but then you have make to full stop drop option. Make sure to remove that option back to brewing otherwise it won’t work. Only huge bonus is one cup (different cup sizes) auto drip option, water reservoir removal and easy to clean. I got this machine first from different store and immediately months later got an error message. No way to bypass it. I had to have it replace under warranty. Luckily warranty is long. I gave that one to my family and yet still coffee is not so hot even w new machine. Getting this one from Best Buy seems to be better but downfall is their heating mechanism regardless if you brew a cup or half or full carafe. Needs huge improvement. A+ for a design. Design is perfect. To me it’s not worth it.

Great coffee maker. We seem to buy more coffee makers than most sane people and never loving the device for too long. This one beeps really loud when done, but it is quick to heat the water and easy to use.

Overall like my new coffee pot. Love the options for a single cup to a full pit without having to use a pod! Still getting used to making the coffee to exactly the way I like it

I really wanted to like this coffee pot since it did have a lot of cool features BUT it has a lot of issues. The first one I ordered didn’t work at all but BB took the return no problem and I ordered a second one. First off the drip stop does not work at all, second the LED lights on the time are slowly disappearing but the most annoying is the caffe leaks from around the upper lid on to your counter. Bummer I paid a lot of $$! It’s actually 2:10 on the picture

Makes good coffee, but being stuck making specific amounts of coffee is bizarre. For 20 years I’ve made 8 cups of coffee in the morning for the family. Now I’m stuck making 5 or 10, no middle ground. Also, the presence of a clean button directly above the power button baffles me. There is no confirmation, so if you accidentally press it you’re stuck waiting for a 20+ minute clean cycle to go through until you can (maybe) make your coffee. A few pros: Hot water bypass is great for tea! Single cup maker is also great for a mid day pick me up. Looks nice

Love this machine. Is already my 3. Machine. I think Braun messed up a little here but that coffeemaker brews so nice and tasty coffe and makes tea, i just can’t help but buying it again. I really love it, regardless

Liking the Braun Coffee MultiServer maker. Feel much better about the unit after understanding the error codes and processing steps for different features. YouTube sessions were really helpful and enlightening for my use of this unit.

Love the coffee maker just wish it did pods too, but quality and taste of the coffee is the best we have ever had

I feel like it over flows a lot (the grounds touch the lid when brewing) and we measure the coffee and water we put in, so that makes for extra cleaning. Maybe I didn't read up; but I wish there was a way to put the drip stop on, and still keep my coffee hot... That doesn't seem to be possible.
