No coffee dripping this morning

I’ve never paid that much but mainly was so disappointed I cried.

I bought it prior to moving so I didn’t open it until well after I moved. For the price I expected the coffee to be fantastic, but it is not. You have to empty the water and used coffee inside the machine fairly often and it’s very messy inside. Once you put the beans in the top there is no way to get them out if you want to change your brew like do a decaf later in the day unless you turn the machine over. It gives you a low bean warning when it’s still pretty full so if you want to change beans your first few brews will be mixed. I tried all three heat settings and I would rate them as cool, warm, and barely hot so if you use milk this machine is not for you. It just does not extract the flavor I expected. I would have returned it but I opened it past the return by date. Guess I’m out a decent amount of money because the coffee it makes is not good.

The quality of coffee that is brewed is Amazing! There is such a difference in taste from my previous coffee maker. I love the choice of cup sizes... From a small cup to a whole carafe. Being able to adjust the temperature while brewing a cup of tea to get the best flavor is a great feature! I would highly recommend this product!

The auto timer is extremely worthless and if not user friendly. It's either permanently on or permanently off. If you set it and forget the next next, you will brew again. I prefer some nights to activate and other not. Have made a few messes.

You can change how strong you want your coffee for every size option and also brew hot water which comes in handy for tea
