    Have no opened yet since I have not had to replace my original but off looks alone it deserves 4 stars. Great looking and quality is definitely there.

    Purchased Braun Replacement head 2 weeks ago. Worked fine until this morning. After removing the head to wash it out with water, upon reattaching to the body of the shaver a little fragment of black plastic fell out and disappeared down the drain. The foil head is now non functional and I'm in the process of returning to Best Buy. I'm willing to try another if it can be replaced in a timely manner, but this is ominous and not looking good for the long haul..

    Adequate shave head. Metal casing is a plus. Otherwise appears to have the same cutting edges as previous models. Average cutting of facial hair.

    These are expensive and should last 6-18 months depending on use. I had to purchase a new one that fell into pieces after 5 weeks. Braun needs better QC.

    Never got product. Best Buy messed up delivery. Had to cancel after 3 weeks as Lost. Product was sold out after I ordered it.

    The cutting blade gets very dull after a couple of months. This is my third blade and will be my last! They say it is good for 18 months? In their dreams.I rather buy a different razor!
