This is my first electric shaver. It was easy to use and clean. It gives a great shave.

I was looking for a shaver that works on my dense beard. I was interested in Braun new models that are made to be used with shave cream and under the shower, but I didn't want to pay more than $200 and get a Braun series 9 shaver. This model was only available on Braun website and in Best Buy. I chose Best Buy because they were offering a lower price comparing the manufacturer's website. I use it 2-3 times a week, and I am very happy with it.

much more quiet than the last Braun i used for 10 years. only reason i cannot give it 5 stars is it doesnt seem to shave as close between my upper lip and nose. The old one did a better job.

Have used Braun shavers for many years and they always perform great, what I really like about this on is the way it knows when to do a deep clean or just a “quickie”. Also like the fact it monitors cleaning fluid. Two thumbs up here.

I was initially hesitant to make the purchase because of how expensive it is, but having owned it for eight months, I can say it was definitely worth the investment. I spend a good amount of time working outside and I sweat easily, so on hot or humid days, I would get slight heat rash or my face would get irritated from shaving with a razor. With this electric shaver, my shaving woes are gone.

I am vary happy with my purchase. This device excellent shaves and easy to use.

Very fast, easy and efficient electric shave with the convenience of the built in cleaning system.

This thing shaves faster and closer than any rotary shaver I have owned. It gets almost everything in one pass. The cleaning station/base is also great thing. You can tell the shaver is clean when you use it. Its not oily or dirty. I would never have a shaver with out this now. Great product all the way around.

I love the ease of use of this shaver and the clean shave it gives my husband.

Purchased a Braun Series 7 Model 7899cc on 11/02/2017. This is a quality product which has performed well. Cleaning cartridge very handy. Get a reasonably close shave although not as close as a straight razor.

I have had a 7 series before but it was not waterproof back then. I had a series 9 for the last year and it didn't seem to shave as close as my old 7 series. I was looking to buy a replacement cutter head and I read many reviews on the 7 and 9 and noticed a trend saying the 7 shaved closer. I did a showdown contest on my left side with the 7 and the right side with the 9. The 7 shaved much closer hands down!

Gave one of these to my husband for his birthday last year as his previous shaver wasn't doing a good job on his coarse facial hair and he was spending way too much time each morning trying to get a smooth shave. This one was night & day improvement over the Norelco he had before. Bought this one for my future son-in-law for Christmas this year and he is loving it!

I had bought a cheap one in my teens that worked for a week so I was reluctant to try the switch from an analog shaver. This thing gives a better shave than disposable razors. I really enjoy the self clean and lubricate feature. Save the kid for the cleaning liquid and remove it and recover and place it in a dark drawer. It wont evaporate and will last six months

I owned the same version of this shaver 7 years ago. Fantastic quality, longevity, and functionality. Why someone would steal my original shaver used by myself for 7 years plain nasty. Lol. However; I have no doubt it would still be working flawlessly. That is why I purchased the newest version. As I expected; quality and excellent performance. I expect and enjoy the such great engineering and functionality. Excellent.
