I love this razor! I've been using a 3 head rotary head for years. I got tired of the head falling off when shaving under my jaw to my neck. I switched to this Braun and haven't been disappointed. It shaves CLOSER than my old electric razors, as close as a razor blade but without the nicks and cuts. Even when I haven't shaved for several days and whiskers are 1/8" - 1/4" long, it takes less minutes to get a close shave than my other electric razors with day old whiskers, and I haven't read Braun's emailed article [yet] on how to get a close, smooth shave. I like the integrated trimmer on the back of the handle. My last razors had a pop-on trimmer attachment after removing the head, and the latest one didn't have space for it in the traveling case! The chrome with a few black highlights looks sharp and classy. The charging & cleaning stand works well, though noisy during the cleaning cycle which might keep some awake or annoy if in the same room. It came with a nice, hard case. I have used this razor since the end of November '21.

Solid performance. Fast, not loud, closer shave than what I expected, gentle with your skin. The cleaner is a must have, i already had an electric razón (circular) but without a cleaner, it definitely a big difference as now i always have a clean and ready razor. Highly recommend this product, its expensive, but definitely you get what you pay for

This is a really great shaver, and is much better than my old rotary, but it does have 2 minor drawbacks. First, it has a hard time with neck hairs. I don't know why, maybe because my neck hairs grow in the wrong direction! Second, it always leaves a few uncut hairs below the nostrils. Still, I consider these to be minor problems. If not for those 2 items, I'd give it 5 stars.

Bought this shaver when my 1 year old Panasonic series 5 started to get bogged down shortly after turning it on (you can hear it in the motor), and the pop-out trimmer of the Panny also stopped working. The Panny's trimmer is a flip-up design with too many flimsy parts, where this Braun's trimmer is a more simple design that slides up to activate, which feels more resilient. Its motor also remains at the same speed upon turning it on.

The cleaning base gives a smooth clean appearance and does not have any intrusive lighting when not in use. The early warning of when cleaning fluid is running low is a great help instead of just surprising when it is out. Razor itself gives a smooth close shave and trimmer is easy to operate. It should be noted the display is not the 7 segment display as shown but a digital gauge.

I have owned Braun Shavers for over 25 years; BUT the Series 9 has taken shaving for me to the next level. MOST COMFORTABLE SHAVE I've ever had from an electric shaver, and shaves almost as close as a razor. If you're in the market for a new electric shaver, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Braun Series 9!

Razor is amazing. Gives an incredibly close shave and the stand is really nice to clean it.

My husband uses this almost every day and really likes it. I see him with a nice close shave after use. He often takes it into the bath with him as it works wet or dry. It also has a self cleaning mechanism that seems to keep it clear of debris.

Excellent razor,cuts nice,charge stays for a long time..I would definitely recommend this product.

Overall, Braun has been one of the most reliable shavers for me. I prefer the triple-foil over the triple-head because it gives me a much closer shave. I prefer to have a shaver that I can use dry at any time for a quick shave. I know this one is on the high end, but it feels like a good investment, because the cheap ones never work good enough. I also love having a self-cleaning charger.

This is my 2nd one. Which brings my only complaint. Don't drop it! The vibrating spindles for the blades can get bent and not drive the blades. These are the closest shaving electric razors out there. Day after day cuts my barbed wire stubble. No razor burns either. The Norelco gave me razor burns. The back trimmer however is useless. The cleaner and bath system keep the razor like new.

My wife bought this for Fathers day for me. I have used electric shavers for many years. I started with Norelco shavers and I moved to Braun shavers to see how they were and to my surprise I got the closest shaves I have ever got. I cannot say How excellent the Series 9 shaver is. It gives the closest shave I have ever received. I am very Happy with this shaver and I recommend it to all.

This is a very nice razor and cuts very close, even on the neck. The trimmer that slides out on the back of the unit is very sturdy and a much better system than on the Series 7. The head is a little big, so getting right up to the edge of facial hair can be a bit of a challenge, but it works in the end. Keeps itself clean in its base.

Very quiet shave, smooth, close comfortable shave. This is my third Braun shaver in 16 years.

Pros: quality shave wet or dry. Cons: expensive, cleaning cartridges.

This is a nice shaver for men. It is easy to use and shaves very clean. I like it very much.

Shaves great no problems my last razor finally died and it was a Braun after about 20 years and it was time to upgrade last razor was a series 5

Ok so I was a little skeptical at first, but honestly, this is the best electric shaver I have used. It provides a clean shave for me. Yes, I have only used it for about 3 days but it is still far superior to my old shaver. My only issue is a minor one and it is that the cleaning station is really loud. But, that is minor.
