    I am very pleased with this blender. I pretty much agonized between VitaMix and this blender. VitaMix has such a great reputation. I read through the reviews on America's Test Kitchen, and the Braun TriForce Pro Power Blender was mentioned as one of their "highly recommended" blenders. I do cook and bake quite a bit, however, since it is just me, I couldn't justify purchasing a top of the line blender. Further, there are so many VitaMix models to choose from - frankly, I find it rather confusing to compare them against one another. I have used it to make smoothies and a sauce. I was very impressed. It really does make a very smooth product. I know I will enjoy using it. I like that the display is intuitive and basic. I didn't need wi-fi nor a lit display. The plastic cap for the top's opening is a little tricky to secure and seems to remain dirty after the "clean" cycle which requires one to remove it to wash. The top also requires washing as it does not come clean after the "clean" cycle. I gave it 4 stars as I feel the electrical cord is too short. Of course, I also feel, as most customers do, that their upscale blender is tooo loud, but I guess that is the negative of a good blender, which requires a strong motor. I should mention that I saw this blender for a lower price and Best Buy honored that price when I sent them the information to confirm it. The purchase was done on BB s web site through the chat. Delivery was very fast. I was happy with my experience with BB and very happy with my blender!

    Love this blender! I was thinking about spending the money ($$$) for a Vitamix blender -- but this one does everything I wanted the Vitamix for, for a lot less. Powerful -- blends salsas smooth, even with dried pepper skins and seeds! Amazing. Easy to clean, too!
