I did like playing this and it was nice to see how the story continued for these characters after the first one. I will say though that I enjoyed Bravely Default's story (and it's twists) much better than this, even factoring in the not so well done second half of the first game. I liked the music better, the characters were much more fun and blended well together more than the two new additions in the sequel, this one I just didn't care about the new characters and I really tried to give them a chance but they just weren't doing it for me. I feel like the developers improved the job system in the best way but the story and the other characters fell flat for me. I'd say if you were a fan of the first one, you need to play this one just to complete it and see what happens with the first game's characters. I'm glad I played it but I probably won't replay any time soon.

I enjoyed this game. The only problem I had is with the music. I liked the music from the first game better. Everything else is fantastic!

This sequel to the first game harkens back to the golden age of RPG games and improves on it in almost every way. The story is weaker than in the first game, but the gameplay is much more streamlined. There is one point where micro transactions are introduced, but they are necessary to beat the game. Overall very strong RPG for the 3DS.

I am enjoy the game. The story is great. We need more RPG games.

I loved the original Bravely Default so when I saw that the sequel was available I had to pick it up. I've been having a blast so far. Bravely Second is a lot of fun and the story and characters are just what you'd come to expect from the Bravely series. If you liked the first game then you'll definitely love this one too.

If you like the first Bravely Default game, you will like this one. Great story, and a great RPG series. Hoping for more.

After years of week Final Fantasy games, I can finally find a square enix franceies that I appreciate. It`s like a new Final Fantasy Snes game. I just finished the first one and I`m on the firsts steps of this one. I really like it and it`s better paced than the first. I really hope the Dragon Quests games come to USA soon.

For those of you who grew up on old school final fantasies and are not super happy with the more recent titles, this is a nice way to scratch that nostalgic itch. The story isn't anything amazing, but the combat and job system is what makes it stand out. If your an old school ff fan or an avid rpg gamer, this is one to check out.

This game is very fun especially if the kind of person who likes to play RPS games. It has different elements added to the game to make is unique from every other game in the genre.

I have always enjoyed the classic JRPGs of the 16-bit era. While the graphics, sound, and gameplay are far more advanced than those of the SNES and Genesis, the depth of story is there and ready to pull you in! I loved the first Bravely Default, and this one even more. Classic turn-based JPRG at its finest!

I loved the first game. I'm still not sure if I like this game better or the first one. This game does improve some things, but mostly it's just more of the same. In my case, that's a good thing, but some people struggled to get into the first one, and this won't change their mind.

If you love JRPG's you will enjoy this game, however, I will say if you do not like very long and drawn out games you will not enjoy this. The story is very long and requires a lot of grinding to get through however it is very fun. The dialogue is very campy but adds to the charm of the game. The best comparison I can make is if you enjoy Final Fantasy style games you will enjoy this.

This game brings out the best in the series so far, the only aspect of the game I would say the first beats it in is the music which is subjective to taste. Other than that I believe that they are constantly improving this new franchise for the better and can't wait for a 3rd game!

Recommended for people who don't want to forgot that a 3DS was a sound investment.

This game carries on from the previous games and it well worth the money.

If you've played Bravely Default, all you need to know is that Bravely Second continues the story while remaining very similar in gameplay. If you're a fan of the older Final Fantasy games, or of RPGs with job/class systems, this is a must-buy.

This game is an amazing value. There are tons to do and it has a great battle system that is very similar to the original. The story gets a little meh at moment but the game is overall engaging enough to keep anyone busy for hours on end. If you are a fan of old school Japanese RPG's then this game is definitely for you. There is a ton to do and the time is well spent.
