This machine is the perfect size if you don’t have a lot of kitchen space. In addition, it’s capable of making quality espresso if you know what you’re doing. This is the perfect machine if you’re looking for a simple espresso experience. I love mine.

We returned the product but everything we read about it was fantastic. Best Buy needs to have a longer with receipt return policy. 15 days especially over busy holidays is trash policy.

Great product! Pros: The water pressure seems to be consistent and powerful. Cons. The machine doesn't have a pressure gauge so you can't tell whether you're over-extracting or under-extracting.

Brews just as it should. Frother gets milk good and hot.

It make lukewarm espresso. I tried all the tricks found on the Internet from others with the same problem. Nothing works: preheating the portafilter, run a blank shot, even 5-6 consecutive shots, etc. With both non-contact and contact thermometer, the water temperature remains below 155F. I don't expect scolding hot, but who would buy $300 espresso machine that can make such lukewarm coffee? It should be at least 165, even considering the loss of heat when water drops from the head to the cup. Breville homepage has an instruction supposedly for temperature, but this has only about volume programming. Very disappointed and returning it.

So far this machine has worked well for me. I read because of its size it wobbles a bit when you lock in the portafilter which it does. Other than that been happy, a good entry machine.

Shots come out beautiful, had some issues at first getting the creme to flow with the espresso shot but after a few trails we got it packed down.

Breville customer support is probably the worset service ive had. The machine started acting up within a year. The water tank leaks water. I reached out to them to warranty the machine. They said they could not replace the water tank but said I could look elsewhere or wait till its in stock on their website for $39. The water tank has been out of stock for months. Everytime we use it, it floods our counter. The double shot button also stopped working. I have reached out twice since initially talking with them in June and have been ghosted. Save your money, there is better quality on Amazon for half the price.
