I had to return it, I had very bad experience with this device. Now I bought a gaggia classic pro machine and I’m ver happy with the high quality of this machine.

Broke down sooner than I expected

Originally purchased in May 2022. Hopefully the new one I have will last longer. my household only uses this device twice per day

His favorite feature is how it makes water for my tea so quickly! I personally love how it doesn't take up too much counter space, compared to other espresso machines. We have had zero complaints so far!

It's easy to use and clean, but most importantly it makes delicious lattes.

The two buttons for 1 or 2 cups of coffee are programmable and I have the #1 for 1 ounce of pour and the #2 button set for 3 ounces of pour. With a double shot of medium roast coffee the use of 3 ounces of water makes a perfect cup. For steamed milk the machine requires using at least 6 ounces of milk. I never need that amount of steamed milk and so heat the 3 ounces I want in the microwave and then us a battery powered frother with the milk. Works very well and no wasted milk. It took awhile to dial in the grind on my Eureka grinder but no issues with the Bambino other than increasing the amount of water for a double shot which was easy to do and only needed to be changed once.
