Buyer Beware - Extremely Disappointed

Purchased this at the end of the year with high hopes. Worked good for the 1st couple of week, but since then nothing but problems. What makes it worse is the cost, for that amount you would expect for the machine to work and be consistent. We've pretty much given up on making our espressos. Over 75% of the time no water comes out, the other 25% the pour is very inconsistent. I've filed a warranty claim, but have not heard back. Too bad we can't get our money back. Buyer beware.
