coffee from this machine makes me feel like i just walked out of my favorite coffee shop, it does my americanos quick and easy . also makes the wife happy with all the extra features. great purchase, has most definitely kept us away from expensive coffee shops!

Was really intimidated by espresso machines till I found this. It does all the hard work of dialing in the perfect brew for you. Highly recommend!

Absolutely love this machine simple to use makes great coffee

Love the machine. I use it mainly for Americanos. I've tried 4 different types of beans until I found one I really liked. Lover the auto tamper. Coffee is hot. Machine is easy to dial in. The milk frother works great. Takes maybe 1 minute longer to make coffee than in my Nespresson machine.

Amazing Machine. This great for s person who is getting into the professional at home coffee because it teaches you how to make it and chose the customizable options in making esspreso.

Love my coffee machine. But the only things i have a problem

Love it. Easy to use. The wand cleans very nicely. The only issue that I have is that the temperature of my latte is less than 150 degrees. The machine will not reach the maximum temp of 170.

I like it a great deal. The only issue I have is that the you can’t regulate the temperature of the water. We like our coffee just a little bit hotter. But overall, a really nice machine.

Makes coffee drinks better than the well known coffee shops. My daughter worked at a coffee shop for a while and recently changed careers, so I got this machine for her to keep her skills up. She likes it bust is a little to advanced for her as she likes to weigh the shots and make finer adjustments on her own. I love it because it takes away a lot of the guess work. Perfect for me. We are really enjoying this machine.

It has been great, love it. I think it provides really good coffee and it is really easy to use. The only thing that I found people have to be careful is when you use the milk steamer. If the wand makes contact with the jug which is metal too, it will close the electrical circuit and it will occur an error, hence the machine will appear with an error message and it will turn off. I find that it is manageable to evade that so it's fine

Good machine but too automated in that you can not customize to your needs. Machine seems high quality but we returned it due to the fact you had limited customizations to get our preferred coffee. It also wasted a lot of coffee calibrating and did not seem to make a difference

The coffee bean grinder has been finnicky from day one until it fianlly stopped working (only makes terrible slipped gear noise) Followed the drections and cleaned top to bottom ---still does not work. I will have to return it unfortunately. love my Breville --the screen is a game changer and makes it easy for the step by step drink creation for each meber of the family and then cleans itself.

This was a gift for my wife. She loves it. It takes time to get to know your machine and what coffee beans fits your taste. She is enjoying this learning experience.

Once you have this rig dialed into the beans you're using, it rips! Super easy to use. Makes perfect expresso, and perfect foam every time! I'm using this solely on RO water with low TDS so I'm guessing maintenance will be infrequent also. The only things I don't like...filling reservoir, and touch screen is a little laggy. Once this gets a permanent spot I envision a hookup to water supply, and the laggy screen is combated with the ability to save custom settings.

Works amazing so far. Takes a little getting used to making sure your grind is right, but once it’s dialed in it’s stress free quality coffee! It’s built well as you would expect for the cost.

We’ve been eyeing an espresso machine for a while. We s saw the promo for $200 off and jumped on it. The machine is fantastic it takes all the guess work out it’s a dream come true for an espresso newbie. We love it and use it every day. It’s very consistent with pulling shots as long as you use freshly roasted beans we have a subscription with bottomless. Making our own drinks at home is now a reality and for much less than Starbucks. You won’t regret buying it and you will save money in the long run.

Outstanding machine! Extremely easy way to make a great expresso drink

This machine makes amazing espresso and super simple lattes. The autofroth feature is the easiest I've ever tried. I love the machine, but I did have to return the first one and get a second because the first one didn't work well. The second one still has problems telling me when I'm out of beans, so I had to turn off that function, which is a shame. However, I still wouldn't give up this awesome machine over a few minor problems. Even my 12-year-old daughter can make her own lattes now!

So it is kind of expensive, but it delivers on the promise of great coffee without needing to be a coffee scientist. If you can afford it and you love coffee, you should buy it. :)
