Quite disappointed. Was so excited to get this machine, did a ton of research, waited for it to go on sale, only to recieve an older model without the cold brew or cold espresso functions that I paid for and expected. False advertising was very disheartening. Not even worth the price on sale for $1,300 (let alone full price) without those functions. Had to return and missed out on the sale. Now we have to wait again for another sale until we can make another purchase, and safe to say it won't be a Breville Product. Machine itself functioned ok (although I don’t think it did very well at dialing in the espresso, we had to troubleshoot that ourselves.) The machine was otherwise sleek and seemed to function decently.

After a friend raved about their expresso machine, I had to see for myself. I read and watched product reviews. Everything directed me to the Breville Expresso Touch. I have to say, I could not be happier with my decision. The Breville makes it so easy to make Lattes at home. Everyone in the household uses it and everyone loves it! It was an investment for sure, but considering what we spent on buying coffee … can’t believe we waited so long.

The full-color touchscreen guides you through every step of the process. You can swipe and select from 8 pre-set cafe favorites (like Latte, Cappuccino, Flat White) or save up to 8 of your own custom drink recipes. This guidance makes it incredibly helpful for beginners.

Got this as a christmas gift for rhe wife. had made different hot and cold coffees ...easy to use. with a nice sectiona of options...internet provides even more options on how to do other fancy drinks. nice buying your own beans. and tryibg different ttpes.. loving it!!!

It was easy to learn and use. It makes great coffee based drinks, which is the reason I bought one. I have not tried tea or others as of yet.

Who knew? I’m also a barista! Get good beans, buy a normcore bottomless portafilter, bam!

The best espresso machine. It’s the only thing I look forward to in the morning.

Quite the little all in one! This makes a perfect cup every time! Price was a bit steep, but when you take into account how much this unit does, and how little space it consumes on the counter - it really is a great deal! Bean quality is super important, we only use fresh roasted for espresso and our drinks are great. The tea and cocoa features are also great. Our entire family has come to use this multiple times and extremly pleased. Cleaning is simple, noise is a bit loud - but what machine isnt? Pressure is great, and the only thing we ended up having to purchase seperate was a set of screens, a set of wheels from a 3rd party and a knockout box. I would have loved to have seen it have wheels from new - it just makes sense to slide it out and refill the rear water tank.

I've always wanted one of these so when it went on sale I bought one and it has been awesome! I love that I can make all different kinds of drinks with this and not have to leave my house for them.

We've had the machine for about 2 weeks. Making 2-4 drinks a day. Love the options and guidance. Perfect for a newbie that doesn't want to spend hours researching grinds, temperatures, etc

I enjoyed it special coffee If it’s rich great aroma, excitement at home, not need to go in any café. Just sit in the balcony and look at the ocean.

I bought this unit in search of a great cup of coffee. It produces that and more. It was intimidating initially, but after two or three days, it is easy to use. I also find that it is fun to use as well. I read a lot of reviews about the temperature of beverage not being hot enough. Well, I found you can adjust the temp of the froth and it is perfectly acceptable. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone who enjoys great coffee, latte, cappuccino, etc.. It is quite expensive, but I believe it will pay for itself fairly quickly. There are many levels of these machines from these guys, but I am happy I spent a little more for many of the automated features. You're not wasting a lot of time to find the perfect brew. It really figures it all out for you.

I love my breville impress touch. Just all the features i want in one espresso machine. I save a lot making my own coffee and better tasting than satrbucks.

Bought this as a gift for my daughter and she has gave nothing but positive feedback. Has had zero issues with pulling great shots and enjoys the built in milk steam / froth feature as well as the built in grinder.

First of all, it’s incredibly convenient. Second, it’s easy and simple to use. I especially love that I can make coffee without having to tamp it myself, and the touch screen lets me customize the flavor just the way I like it. It really makes me enjoy coffee every single day! ☕️

Beautiful and efficient! Practically makes the mocha/ americano/ etc by itself!
