Great machine! This Breville is worth the price of getting feet into waters of making wlespresso at home. I wanted a manual espresso machine to learn how to dial in at each step of the process, however, with 2 two infants, this machine makes diy espresso drinks a breeze enough to do before dropping kids off at school. Only complaint is thatnit can be noisy with the built in grinder, but the convenience is worth the noise. The automatic reminders for cleaning different components is a surprise favorite. Great overall machine experience and the amazing flavor profiles it pulls out of espresso beans helped me decrease trips to cafes.

I love it. I’m literally a barista now. Who needs to go get coffee at them shops. I can make better coffee at home. It’s definitely worth the money. I have one regret: not buying one sooner.

Great machine. I upgraded from the duo temp which basically blew up on me. The milk heating / frothing wand basically came off. The duo temp was used about 3.5-4K times. For its price and what it was, it really did the job and saved my household $4 latte x 2 x 7 days a week. As far as this new machine, the only drawback was the price at $1600. I considered the dual boiler, which is about the same price as well as the oracle touch, which is the dual boiler + the automatic features of this machine, but was in the $3K range. However, I could not justify spending double what I spent on this machine just to have the availability to produce a shot and warm milk at the same time. The automatic milk frothing, grinding and ability to choose from multiple drinks on a screen make this one of the best if not the best semi-automatic espresso machine.

Love this machine. There is a bit of a learning curve but after watching their YouTube videos, it’s pretty easy to learn. Have the machine for almost 6 months and barely buy coffee out anymore. I’d rather make it at home. As a lactose intolerant girly, the option for different types of milk is a game changer. The price is a bit crazy but you’ll probably earn it back pretty quick if you fix 2 drinks/day. I like that you can do some of the steps with the automation of different drinks. The machines that do it all seem to be difficult to operate and also cost way more. If you’re looking for something in the middle of not fully manual but not fully automated, this is perfect.

I can't believe I waited this long to buy this machine! Once dialed in, which is pretty easy, this thing makes some outstanding coffee and the milk frothing is effortless resulting in rich, thick foam. I highly recommend!

Panel view or screen is super easy to follow, you can adjust the recipes of each coffee recipe and keep in good shape following the cleaning recomendations, those you can follow in screen, super easy

The machine works nicely and very convenient to use to make great espresso drinks. However, I am not impressed with Best Buy price match and return policy of only 15 days. The price of the machine dropped shortly after I purchased from Best Buy and they refused to price match as I requested the price match on the 17th day after purchase. I felt upset at that as most stores allow atleast 30 days for returns or price match.

My wife LOVES being her own Barista at home! She never has to buy coffee and the stands. Thank you Best Buy!

I have enjoyed every single cup of coffee made thus far on this machine. I have only owned the Breville Barista Touch Impress Espresso machine for two months but have throughly enjoyed making the variety of drinks offered to start my mornings but mostly to make the most perfect espresso martini in the evenings. I would highly recommend this product to any new or aspiring espresso connoisseur.

coffee from this machine makes me feel like i just walked out of my favorite coffee shop, it does my americanos quick and easy . also makes the wife happy with all the extra features. great purchase, has most definitely kept us away from expensive coffee shops!

This was a great purchase. Wish I did it sooner. Bit pricey. There is some learning on how to use is but overall worth every penny.
