Bought this 11 months ago and it has been a great purchase. It takes a bit of getting used to and adjusting for your like but it has been fun trying new types of coffee beans and having a fresh cup of coffee every day.

Love this machine. There is a bit of a learning curve but after watching their YouTube videos, it’s pretty easy to learn. Have the machine for almost 6 months and barely buy coffee out anymore. I’d rather make it at home. As a lactose intolerant girly, the option for different types of milk is a game changer. The price is a bit crazy but you’ll probably earn it back pretty quick if you fix 2 drinks/day. I like that you can do some of the steps with the automation of different drinks. The machines that do it all seem to be difficult to operate and also cost way more. If you’re looking for something in the middle of not fully manual but not fully automated, this is perfect.

Good machine but too automated in that you can not customize to your needs. Machine seems high quality but we returned it due to the fact you had limited customizations to get our preferred coffee. It also wasted a lot of coffee calibrating and did not seem to make a difference

Takes the guess work out of fancy espresso drinks… really walks you through everything, makes suggestions and “learns” grind amount. Costs as much as my first car, but I’ll earn that back after a couple years of not going to Starbucks. Also, best coffee I’ve ever had…

Great machine. I upgraded from the duo temp which basically blew up on me. The milk heating / frothing wand basically came off. The duo temp was used about 3.5-4K times. For its price and what it was, it really did the job and saved my household $4 latte x 2 x 7 days a week. As far as this new machine, the only drawback was the price at $1600. I considered the dual boiler, which is about the same price as well as the oracle touch, which is the dual boiler + the automatic features of this machine, but was in the $3K range. However, I could not justify spending double what I spent on this machine just to have the availability to produce a shot and warm milk at the same time. The automatic milk frothing, grinding and ability to choose from multiple drinks on a screen make this one of the best if not the best semi-automatic espresso machine.

Our old espresso machine died abruptly, leaving us scrambling for a replacement to avoid paying $13-15 a day at coffee shops (my wife and I each drink a latte a day). We splurged a bit on this one, but so worth it. The machine literally learns your preferences, meaning you get a consistent drink every time. And it pretty much does everything for you, which after setting my barista ego aside, is a good thing. And in buying from Best Buy, with their rock solid protection plan, there's no worries about this pricey machine going bad prematurely. Highly recommend.

Easy to use. The best espresso machine I tried. The built-in burr grinder is quiet and no need to use a tamper. Just pull the side arm and and your done. I am impressed with the touch bar with different coffee choices, choco, tea with the touch of your finger and are made so easy. I even tried it. Nothing I want more for a coffee machine. My breakfast is not complete without this Breville Barista Touch Impress.

Quality machine. Easy to use, very reliable. Would happily purchase again. Nice that it’s automatic in most features so I don’t have to try to become a barista and know truly what I’m doing.

I couldn't be happier with this purchase! Initially priced at $1499.99, I was thrilled when Best Buy honored a Cyber Sale price match, refunding me the difference. There support deserves 5 stars for making the process seamless! This machine is a game-changer. I specifically chose it for the lever tamping system, which works flawlessly every single time. It's incredibly easy to use, produding coffed that rivals (or even surpasses) Starbucks-especially the Americano. At $1,199, this product is worth every penny. I highly recommend it to anyone who values top-quality coffee and wants a professional-grade machine at home. Don't miss out on this Gem!!!

We bought the Breville Espresso maker almost a month ago and have loved it. It truly makes the process of making different coffee drinks so easy while still allowing you to do some things manually if wanted. It is an investment at over $1200 but we haven't regretted it one bit. We compared quite a few other brands that have similar features but found this model to be the best in our eyes based on the price point.

It has been great, love it. I think it provides really good coffee and it is really easy to use. The only thing that I found people have to be careful is when you use the milk steamer. If the wand makes contact with the jug which is metal too, it will close the electrical circuit and it will occur an error, hence the machine will appear with an error message and it will turn off. I find that it is manageable to evade that so it's fine

This machine makes amazing espresso and super simple lattes. The autofroth feature is the easiest I've ever tried. I love the machine, but I did have to return the first one and get a second because the first one didn't work well. The second one still has problems telling me when I'm out of beans, so I had to turn off that function, which is a shame. However, I still wouldn't give up this awesome machine over a few minor problems. Even my 12-year-old daughter can make her own lattes now!

Very easy to use and operate. It is overpriced but worth the attempt to make something a layman can use without lot of prior knowledge on how to brew espresso.

Once you have this rig dialed into the beans you're using, it rips! Super easy to use. Makes perfect expresso, and perfect foam every time! I'm using this solely on RO water with low TDS so I'm guessing maintenance will be infrequent also. The only things I don't like...filling reservoir, and touch screen is a little laggy. Once this gets a permanent spot I envision a hookup to water supply, and the laggy screen is combated with the ability to save custom settings.
