First of all Nespresso is absolutely the best coffee! Breville’s Nespresso Creatista Plus is the best machine to brew it! In my opinion both combined together make the best cup of coffee! Love, love it!

The Creatista + is a simple and fun machine to use. Formerly a Keurig person, this unit's ability and taste is something I was craving. And Best Buy had the best price, by far.

This machine is really nice...has many settings you can explore...the only reason I gave it less than 5 stars is because it needs to be descaled way more often than the other machines we have used...it’s more of an inconvenience as you don’t discover you need to descale until it randomly stops working.

This is like having a starbucks at home grade coffee machine. It works great but I have only had it for a few days so time will tell how it holds up.

I have used Nespresso machine in the past this time I decided to go with this one and I purchased it from Best Buy and it turned up to be very good decent machine and the delivery was right on time. I'm glad with my choice.

Everything needed to make espressos, lattes, cappuccino, etc. new to making all these do wish there was something more to describe what the different coffee options actually were. The Nespresso box of capsules is not very helpful. Machine works great.
