Breville 900 cutting board

It does exactly what it’s supposed to do and keeps area somewhat cool. I personally would not use the oven without it but I glad it exists.

I can set things on top of it. Looks great, but I haven’t used it for cutting anything.

Heat Shield

I don't use it as a cutting board but rather as a heat shield. I have it on top of the oven just a couple of inches away from the cabinet overhang. Without it, the cabinet bottom would get too hot.
