The left over pulp is very dry for most things we juice. It is loud but that it the only thing I could find remotely not so great about it.

A clean out spatula would be nice. The screen is a bit hard to clean even with brushe that it provided. It takes more time to clean that, than the entire unit. The spout where the food is added, will spit out particles due to tornado like vortex that comes when the unit it spinning and as you add more food, especially, lettuces when making a green juice. Beets and carrots fly too. So, watch your eyes. Other than those points, we like it.
