This must be the worst Breville product I've ever used and I own quite a few Breville products. It leaks! Makes a mess every time I use it. What more can I say? Don't buy it, it's a waste of money.

Product was just ok a little pricey and didn’t juice very well

It broke the first time i used it. Smoke started coming out.

It leaks juice everywhere. It has started to smell from the leak and I cant get to the smell to clean. Poor design.

Juice leaked through machine while the machine was operating.

I've owned 3 other juicer models in the past that were famous names and more expensive, but this little powerhouse is by far the best of them all. It's a no-brainer to use and cleans up faster than any juicer I've ever used. The first time I used it, I did get juice on the counter for a few seconds because I hadn't positioned the juice carafe correctly under the spout where the juice comes out, but that was quickly corrected and I've never had the problem since then. I expected it to be noisey from another review I read but I found it to be quieter than any of the other juicer models I've owned. I have already recommended it to several friends. Best Buy delivery time was very fast.

Very happy with this juicer. I had Brevilles top of the line juicer and paid about $300 for it. While it was excellent, I hardly used it as it had too many parts, was very big for my relatively small kitchen and took a long time to clean. This version is much smaller and has less parts to clean. I cannot tell a difference in the juice. I also used to have Omegas mascinating juicer. Whilst the juice was way more superior, it took very very long to make juice. This is by far the best juicer I owned, mainly because I actually use it as it does not take too much time to make juice. It also does not take too much space away. If you juice mainly hard vegetables, like carrots and celery, this is the best juicer and you don't really need a mascinating juicer as it takes too long to juice with it.

Item won’t even turn on. Unfortunately I can’t return it because they have a 15 day return policy. 100 down the drain

Hazardous, It's been less than two weeks of purchase and plastic chipped off. My niece spit out plastic from her juice.

There was juice particles coming out of it. Gets really old fast after a few washes.

You have to take the unit apart and empty after each food is introduced. You need to have the waste on the side of the unit.

This got great reviews so I figured it was a good starter model since I am new to juicing. Was trying to decide if I should get the Fountain Compact or Fountain Plus which had an external tray for the leftover vegetable/fruit pulp (Fountain Compact has internal tray) but the Fountain Plus was 50% more so went with the Compact. After purchasing this at Best Buy I stopped at the grocery store to get some fruit- a watermelon, honeydew melon, some apples and carrots. Got home and unpacked the juicer, washed it. Assembly was super easy and the components looked very good. I especially like the locking feature with the metal bar- it feels very secure like it won't come apart during operation and the unit won't work unless it is in the locked position. Juicer was ready to go. Started with the carrots- put in about 8-12. Super fast, relatively quiet, really smooth. Now the problem: the outer portion of the bottom compartment was completely full of carrot rinds, so I had to turn the juicer off, disassemble and dump the rinds in the trash. The good news was the rinds were very dry- all the water/juice had been extracted! I knew Best Buy had a return policy so I called the store to see if I could return this despite having used it once. They said no problem! Am planning on bringing back and getting the Fountain Plus. Highly recommend Breville and Best Buy!

I’ve had this juicer before and it’s pretty decent but the new one I bought broke after second use. The plastic cracked immediately

After reading the reviews, I decided to take a chance to purchase this reasonably priced juicer. Wow, was I in for a pleasant surprise. This juicer is very easy to use, assemble, disassemble, clean, and maintain. The industrial strength motor is so powerful it actually blows the juice into the holding container. Juices everything I threw at it. And cleanup is a breeze. Just rinse with cold water right after juicing. The juicing blade basket is easy to clean with the provided nylon scrub brush. The reservoir pitcher holds plenty of juice for 2 people (provides 2 large glasses 6-7 oz ea.) I only wish I had purchased one earlier!

I’ve bought this ten days ago. Suddenly it stopped working today. Expect for carrots I’ve not juiced anything else.

After researching for my first juicer, i decided to go with Brevilles Juice Fountain, didnt really want to spend $100 for a juicer but i took a chance since it had the BEST reviews. Assembling it is easy, its already put together in the box just have to disassemble it to take plastic off. Juiced my first drink "Orangeade; 2 oranges peeled, 1/2 lemon peeled." Orange juiced really well.. fast, easy, no mess, juice comes out "sort of" thick (not so watery liquidy..). Lemon also. After juicing, it looks like a mess inside! Took apart ran it through hot water clean up took no more than 3 - 4 minutes. Overall im happy, satisfied with Breville Juice Fountain and if your undecided about purchasing a juicer as i was (and on a fixed budget) this juicer is well worth your money, does its job, easy clean up... Im already in love with it. Also, purchase Straws or a cup with a straw.. if you dont like bubble mustaches.

I had to return this item. Used it once and never worked again. Best Buy is been selling used items as new.

I just received this as a birthday gift from my daughter because I'm interested in "rebooting" my health, as in the video "Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead", on the net... Watch it if you haven't, for real inspiration... So far, I love it!... As far as juicing kale, I've discovered that you have to put it in first and mix it in w/more solid fruits &/or veggies for maximum juice, as they mention in the movie. The juice that I get from this machine tastes so healthy and refreshing that I think I can almost feel an immediate rush of "wellness" when I drink it!... As far as clean-up goes, I don't think it's bad. I just spray-rinse all the removable parts w/soap & water and use the included brush-spatula, which helps... I also have my own larger round brush that I use for quicker clean-ups... and, my garbage disposal helps when I'm not inclined to use the pulp for soups or compost, etc.... I'm also finding that, by leaving it out on the counter to dry, I actually end up using it many more times daily than if I packed it up and put it away each time!... depends on one's housekeeping & health priorities, I guess.... At this point, I have no complaints about this amazing little machine. Unpeeled apples do take a little more pressure & time, but that's really no big deal. Of course I can't really address durability yet since I haven't had it very long. but it seems durable enough.....so far, so good! :-)

I love it! Better than what I expected. Powerful juicer and easy to put, only three parts together. I love the size and material. Easy to wash.
