I'm not sure what they did differently but this machine just shreds my kale and spinach but it does not juice them at all.

Posted .It could be that the filter basket is clogged or needs replaced. You'll want to make sure that you can see clearly through the mesh after each cleaning. If that doesn't resolve the issue, you may need to replace the filter basket.
