Broke 1 week after soft use

I had to go down there and hand it off during covid lockdown and there was no replacement. They only offered a refund. I returned product and will not be repurchasing or buying from Best Buy again. Waste of my time and money. Geek squad would not help me after 3 attempts of calling for support. Why offer the extra cost of it then?

Awesome Juicer!!

Although there are many pieces to this machine, it's worth it. Actually, being able to take it all apart it makes it really easy to clean. It is kind of bulky, but I assure you, it does an amazing job getting all the juice out of a fruit or vegetable. It does not however, do a good job juice things like wheatgrass and parsley, but usually you need a different kind of juicer for grasses and herbs. All in all, I'd say it's worth the price. I'm very happy with this buy.
