My wife and I bought this juicer nearly 2 years ago (Jan 2013). We were trying to be healthy and had been doing fruit and vegetable smoothies but those were getting just too much to gulp down. So we tried juicing and we loved it, a glass of juice is much easier to drink than a smoothie. After going through a few others juicers, my brother in law suggested we check out Breville's juicers. The cost was a little more than we budgeted but in the long run has more than paid for itself. The dual speed allows you to extract much more juice with a lot less pulp. We usually make enough juice to drink one in the morning for breakfast and take juice with us for lunch so the larger capacity comes in handy so we don't have to clear out the pulp mid way through. Easily makes 32 oz of juice. Yes, cleaning can be a pain but its definitely a must immediately after you finish juicing. Every few months we do a deep clean by soaking it in oxyclean over night to remove any buildup. 2 years running and it still looks and works like new.

This was a great purchase. Easy to use and clean. Extracts plenty of juice and they provide a free book on Apple's iBooks that contains plenty of great recipes and videos.

I was really torn when trying to figure out the best juicer to buy. I wanted a juicer that I could use everyday & not spend a lot of time cleaning up because I’m a busy mom. This juicer is very efficient, super easy clean up, great price, and juice always tastes delicious! Love it!

Juicer takes a whole apple without peeling or coring it. Having two speeds makes it easy to adjust the vegetables and fruits that I use with my recipes. It is easy to clean with cleaning utensil provided and compact enough to leave out on the counter.

I returned the juicer because it was not what I expected. On the first day I noticed that it was leaking and it would throw away a lot of pulp.

This is a pretty powerful juicer that will juice apples, carrots and other hard fruits with ease. The clean up is very easy as theer are not a lot of parts and they can be cleaned with hot running water right after juicing. A very healthy way to get your vegetables quick and easy!

I brought this strictly for the possible of a 10 day juice fast. It works really well and juices everything and I mean everything really quick. It is easy to clean and works so much better than any juicer I have had in the past.

This is the best juicer I have owned. Ok, well its only the second one I have owned . Though I do like this one. This is the one they used in Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead, Definitely worth watching if you are buying a juicer. Kinda like Super Size Me.... Enough power, good for hard fruits and easy to clean... good product

This juicer rocks. I use it two and three times daily. It's very easy to clean and it's small so it doesn't take up too much counter space. I couldn't live without it now that I have it!

This is easily a four or even five star purchase. After doing a great deal of research, I chose the Breville brand. Then I chose this model because of the price at Best Buy ($150). I've had it for over a month, so I certainly can't speak to how well this machine holds up over time. Perhaps i'll update this review in 6-12 months. All my research cautioned about the amount of clean up work necessary, but none prepared me for the reality of it. It is so much work that I find myself not juicing anywhere near as much as I'd like. (This is not a fault of the product however, and is probably the same for all juicers). My one complaint about the product (that resulted in a four star rating) is that it doesn't really extract juice well at all from leafy greens. My research lead me to understand that this category of vegetable is a tough one, and that only specialized devices can really do justice. Nevertheless, I was lead to expect some juice extraction. Alas, a head Black Kale is reduced to a mere drop or two. The manual is clear and helpful, though I found the recipe section a bit sparse. Still, I love the juice I make with this.

Purchased the Breville - Juice Fountain Plus Electric Juicer - after having a hard time locating 1 in store as I heard that they were flying off of shelves. The juicer works great, clean up is fairly easy, pulp is very dry. Price was right.

Not extremely expensive and does a great job extracting juices even from tough veggies like kale or spinach. Very easy to take apart and clean.

This juicer is easy to use and clean. Just use a veggie bag (from the grocers) in the compartment where the non-liquid food is squeezed and it makes clean up even easier.

We love this juicer because you can put just about anything in it, it's easy to put together and mostly easy to clean.

I wanted something affordable to get me started on juicing again - and I saw this in the movie, "Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead" and I was so inspired! I bought it immediately after watching the film. They didn't advertise, I just saw it in the movie and it looked so simple and portable. I am loving it! Great quality juice, great taste, maximum extraction power! Lots of juice per veggie and fruit!

This machine Rocks!!!! It's easy to clean, Cuts Fruits and Veggies with precision leaving pulp that is pretty dry.

We have ZERO complaints about this machine. We absolutely love it. We were brand new to juicing when we bought it and this machine was easy to use. We can't say there is anything we don't like. We would recommend this juicer to anyone!
