Our family loves this Espresso Machine! The Latte's and espresso are better that specialty coffee shops nearby! Yes, it's pricey - but well worth the investment.

This thing is defiantly worth the upgrade. It makes the coffee better and the milk froths smoother. Being able to do both at one time is great too

At first the machine worked just fine. After only 10 months of use with diligent cleaning as per described in owner's manual. The machine devolved two very commonly reported issues. Cracked dispersion disc, and according to support is improper locking of the portafilter, she claimed I'm over tightening the portafilter causing the disc to crack. I stopped at 90 degrees as per owner's manual. But do a search online and you will find users reporting this same exact issue with only weeks of use as well. Next issue, tamping started to fail. Machine will not tamp the coffee completely, I've tried adjusting dose between 20-22g for the double basket and made sure coffee chute is clean. Same problem with all different brands of dry espresso beans. Support claims issue with the beans used, and dose settings. I guess support just don't believe that they have a faulty design.

We love the breville oracle touch .also Best Buy is one of the best companies to purchase from. We have been doing business with Best Buy for over 30 years, And we will continue to do so. Customer service is still outstanding as the day we made our first purchase. We will be purchasing a tv in the up coming months. Best Buy describes this company in these 2 words

I was surprised how easy to use this machine. Previously had manual espresso machine. Way better for the same price. Makes good cremas. It tells if needed to flash /clean. Highly recommend this machine.

This machine is great. It is not consistent but it does the job. I would recommend Best Buy insurance just incase something happens. It’s too expensive to not have some sort of insurance with it.

Bought this for my husbands birthday present. He just loves it. He has perfected his fav hot beverage - a flat white. It is easy to use and looks SO pretty too!

Almost a month in with this machine. Still learning how to work it so it makes yummy coffee. It definitely makes for a beautiful piece of the counter too!

Great machine. The presets seems to make all the same coffee just different textured milk. So glad we bought it.

Great tasting coffee every time. The grinds are on the dry side after the coffee is made. We’re needing to call the manufacturer to figure out if it’s due to water pressure. We’ve already made all of the other adjustments that are possible.

Best Buy prompts you 3 different times that it will be a “signature required” delivery but its just a “suggestion” for the customer to be home during the delivery time, best buy doesnt actually pay for that service from the carrier. After countless hours of trying to get a replacement or refund, they determined this item was “too expensive” for them to refund or replace. Ben one of the supervisors in cuatomer care says this is completely reasonable for best buy to take my money and not supply a product to the customer. I suggest you dont get this shipped Buyer beware.

Bought for it a Christmas present and during setup the display on the machine remained on a white screen, despite waiting the 7 minutes as per the instructions. Ended up returning it back to Best Buy and they promptly refunded the cost of the machine as well as the extended warranty I purchased with it. I only hope circuitry for the display was damaged during transit and was not somehow missed during quality assurance because I repurchased the same brand and model; found that the screen should have immediately displayed the Breville logo during setup.
