Have used it mostly for toasting so far. Very even heat distribution, but doesn't always toast homemade bread very well, probably because of the high density & moisture content.

I am totally in love with this toaster oven! It is a heavy, quality appliance, with numerous handy, smart features. I just got it today, and I will update my review later if needed.

Received as a gift for Christmas for multiple use around the kitchen. To warm up leftovers for dinner, heat up snacks and bake the pizza for just two of us. Also great for morning toast and or heating the frozen entrees. Great energy saver.

we purchased this oven for baking pizzas and love it for that. I didn't much care for the toast from the oven, but do find it easy and convenient to bake a lot of things -- cookies, biscuits. I did find that most of my baking pans are too large, so I'm going to need to buy some smaller pans.

Works well. No problems so far. Hopefully last a couple years

We have had this over 3 years already and LOVE it! We use it every day and have never used our full size oven as we can get everything we want to make including cookies in this just fine. We highly recommend it!!!

I looked at a lot of toaster ovens before I made this purchase. I also read multiple online reviews. With all of that said, I'm very happy with the Breville Smart Oven BOV800XL. It works great in all applications. It is a solid machine, it has the best construction of all the toaster ovens I looked at. The fit & finish from the door, the door hinges, & the entire oven is top notch! This is a quality product.

This toaster oven is leaps and bounds over our old one. The temperature control is very reliable and I love the function setting. Makes baking a pizza more precise and cookies come out perfect. Toast is also perfect.

Heats fast and is very even with heating. We've toasted bread, baked cookies, crescent rolls, and pizza. My absolute favorite was reheating cherry turnovers and French chocolate croissants. Reheating in a microwave makes these soggy, but the Brevelle made the outside just a bit crispy/flaky, and the inside was perfect - just like the coffee shop bakery downtown!! Our highest recommendations.

If you are thinking about purchasing this, but aren't sure the price is worth the product, it is. I was a bit skeptical of the high cost, but we're going through a kitchen renovation and wanted something to be able to work as our mini oven. This product does that and more, it is very even in heating, super consistent. We've cooked cookies, a pizza, baked things, and broiled, it is a champ.

This oven is great, we cooked pizza, toasted breads, chicken nuggets, etc. Then only think that I do not like is if you just want to toast 2 slices of bread, that will take 3-4 minutes. It seems to long of a wait to eat 2 pieces of bread. Other than that, the interface is very nice, easy to use, the oven is not as big as I thought it was going to be, fits perfectly over the counter, the LCD screen changes to orange when the toaster is working. We had it for about 2 months and we are very happy with it.

I hesitated because of the price, but it is a nicely featured oven. It's size allows me to do more without turning on my big oven. Cookies and cornbread come out perfect!
