We love this toaster. We use it constantly so I leave it out on my counter. It is very large so you do need a lot of counter space for it. Works great on everything. We love that when you put it on the bagel setting, it only toasts one side of the bagel. We also use this setting for English muffins. Great purchase.

Excellent toasting ability including two very cool features: 1) lift and look button - push the "lift and look" button during the toasting cycle to check on the toast. It automatically lifts the toast out of the toaster so you can check on how toasted the bread is. Then it lowers the toast automatically to continue to toast. This gives you the ability to see where the toast is and cancel our continue. 2) a bit more button - when the toasting cycle is complete and the toast lifts out, if you want a bit more toasting, press this button and it will today the bread "a bit more." It also has two crumb trays that catch everything and are easy to slide out and empty. Another nice touch is the plug has a thumb hole to easily pull it out of the electric socket. Love that!

I purchased this toaster specifically because it does not have any handles or levers that can easily be broken off. I live in a typical family with 4 kids! Not me! Is constantly visiting! This is a very sturdy appliance! Makes great toast consistently and bagels too! If you are not sure you can use the "bit more" function! Our family loves it!

The toaster is very nice but also very heavy. I purchased it for my mom who puts it away in the cupboard so it is kind of heavy for that. The first time we used it, it got stuck in the down position. We ended up having to unplug it for a few minutes to reset it. After that it worked great.

This toaster does it all, as it should for the price point. I have been searching for a toaster that will heat uniformly and last for more than six months. Prior to buying I watched the videos, read the reviews, and found them all to be on point. The toaster does everything as expected, the buttons are a nice feature, and the "a little more" is nice if it isn't quite dark enough. There are three in my family who use this toaster daily, everything from frozen waffles to bagels. If you forget to set the toast level prior to starting, no problem, adjust the slider and the toaster will add that count down to the light bar just above the slider. As the toaster progresses, the light bar will count down, you can add more or if you don't know, select the "lift and look" button to check. Overall, its a great toaster, everything comes out heated evenly, you can dial in the settings to ensure a consistent toast every time. It's worth the price point over toasters half the price that don't heat uniformly or don't hold up to daily usage.

So far so good! My family and I love it to death. My 9 year old says "it's perfect and easy to use." The price is a little high for a toaster, but I'm very pleased with it so far. The features are great and clean up is awesome. The color matches with any kitchen color palate and is a modern design.

I purchased this toaster because it was highly rated on consumer reports and let me tell you, it is a great toaster. Sure you could get the same results with a cheaper toaster but it doesn't have the "Lift and Look" option! If you're willing to spend the extra money, go for it. It's a great toaster!
