Toasts much faster than previous toaster. The bagel and frozen settings are terrific and come out as expected. The toaster is heavy though so if you will be moving it off the counter when not in use just know that.

Excellent even toasting. Use of the "frozen" button allows perfect toasting of frozen waffles; bagels come out perfect with the "bagel" button.

As long as you toast normal size pieces, this is great. If you try to toast french or cuban bread, the bread does not come out easy. You will have to tilt the unit on its side. Even with the level giving extra height, it still is not enough.

I hadn't purchased a toaster in a long time. I love this one!

Was using a toaster oven before but toast was uneven. So when oven quit we opted for the 4-slice side by side toaster. It had great reviews and so far it has lived up to them. The little bit more feature is gimmicky but turns out to be a great added feature

Excellent toaster. toast done right the first time.

Although it took almost a month to arrive, and it was packed in a tattered box large enough for a small refrigerator, the toaster itself is very good, and does efficiently what toasters are supposed to do. So I guess it was worth waiting for.

This is the best toaster ever, even toasts, quick.

toasters i have owned always stop being even. or have one side break and never heat again. we will see how long this one lasts. however i also own a full size toaster over. by the same company and it has to have hundreds of hours on it and still works flawlessly.

Toasts bread and bagels wonderfully, and evenly!!!

This toaster is great. The long open slots are convenient for those kinds of bread that are odd shaped. I really like the feature that allows you to add a little bit more time to the toast when you don't guess right.

This is a well-built toaster that does the job. Suggestions for improvement: 1) the ability to toast in only one slot like some competitor models, 2) address the fact that the toaster metal surface gets hot to the touch when toasting...competitors have figured this out.

I like sourdough bread which is longer than normal bread. This toaster toast that size ,both ends are toasted. The center is not toasted. It's a nice looking toaster not really any better than any other toaster

Product temperature control ceased working in less than two months and less than 30 cycles. IT burns everything. I am going to try to return for full credit and will let you know how that works out.

I was really tired of uneven and burnt toast so got rid of a perfectly good toaster for this replacement. What a great choice! I love it! The Breville Brand still impresses me. Love the add 30 seconds feature and really love the slide out crumb tray. Makes cleaning a snap!
