Actually returned it-it didn’t cook evenly and no matter where it was set it either burnt the toast or didn’t cook it enough -expected more for a$100 toaster!

Last toaster (another brand) lasted only 5 months, so I decided to spend more money for a better Brand toaster. They say, you get what you pay for. Not this time. I bought this toaster and it didn't want to stay on. The lever would keep popping up. I returned it for a refund. I will not buy pop up toasters anymore. They all break down it a short period of time, that's why they offer extended warranties.

Don’t waste your time

Broke in first weeks of use. One side of toaster fell. Bagels and English muffins roll down to lower side of toaster. Have to unplug device and then use chop sticks (wood) to remove items do to it not lifting when cycle complete. DO NOT BUY THIS ONE.

Be careful! I usually love this brand and this toaster was fine for about 8 months. Suddenly it started tripping whatever outlet we plugged it into and the unit actually sparked!

The worst toaster ever! Does not toast evenly and after just a few months it is no longer working properly. If you do toast once the cycle is done the taster will beep continually every 30 - 45 seconds until you have to physically unplug it. If I could have given it less than 1 star I would have.

It stopped working completely after having it EXACTLY one year. Very disappointed as this is my go to brand for small appliances and have never been disappointed till now.

We follow the directions exactly as if they were written in the instructions. The first four or five times the toast came out just fine. Later on it started to toast unevenly. $100 had better toast my toast perfectly.

Not all heating elements working! Edges of bread much darker than center of toast. Not sure where to call for a replacement!

This toaster has a lot of problems...never works right, had to exchange for another because it wouldnt heat on one side and this new one has a glitchy button...too expensive for junk product

The gap is really a non-issue - toasted my hoagie rolls, just fine.
4 slices of regular toast? OMFG I love this toaster! Bagels too... No more $10 toasters for this guy!

A bit more button saves a lot of aggregation about getting the perfect shade of toast. I’ve been awed by this machine since yesterday! I use setting 3 for Panera Bread Tomato Basil bread and when the toast comes out I use the bit more button. I get the shade I want and the toast is delicious and crusty like I want it.
