Our old toaster was 25 years old & still worked fine. We wanted a new toaster for our newly remodeled kitchen. We found this one and loved the look right away. It toasts perfectly whether it's a slice of bread or a bagel (frozen or not). A little pricey but well worth it.

I love the stainless steel body and the button/light combo. Asceticely one of the bet toasters on the market. The lift and view feature is great for toasting things of varied thickness or a specific type of item for the first time. Only issue I've seen is if you want to toast something longer (which is why I bought this particular model) is the 1 inch gap between the heating elements in the center creates an uneven toast across the item. Hasn't been a huge issue for me however I still enjoy the ability to toast these long items (like hoagie rolls!) with ease.

This a great toaster. I'm not kidding; My wife and love this toaster. We use it primarily toast and some time bagels. The toast and bagels toast very well and the use of this project is user friendly. Not to mention that it's great looking.

We like toasting large breads. We still have not figured the right setting. The option to add a little more time to the under-toasted bread is interesting. Over all the toaster does the job.

Very nice toaster. I thought the "a bit more" was gimmicky but we actually use it quite frequently. This toaster replaced a nearly 20-year-old Cuisinart one that was a similar size. It has a lot to live up to given that kind of performance. My only complaint is that the toasting elements don't run the length of the long slots (the Cuisinart's did) so we end up with a small area that's not as toasted on "artisan" sized sliced bread or if you don't put it to the sides. I really think this is a missed area in the market. Make a proper four-slice toaster whose slots are long enough to accommodate "artisan" slices. Outside of that, it works well. The bagel setting works perfectly.

More expensive than your average toaster. You can see the quality and feel the quality in this toaster. Have been using it for 1 year now, You can toast frozen items without burning them. Has setting for bagels, all in all a good purchase.

It's taken me a little too long to find a toaster that actually toasts. After several days of researching toasters and trips buy and returning, this is a pretty cool toaster. I mean, I just wanted a toaster that toasts, doesn't look cheap and is decent price wise. Though, I should have bought this in the first place because Breville hasn't given me a reason to dislike them. Anyways, this toaster is a little on the big side, but you can adjust your toastness with a knob, it's not 1-5 or 1-10 it shows you with a light where you want it. As it's toasting you can tell how much time you have left. So far, so good.

Another great kitchen appliance from Breville. Delicious toast. You can make 4 toasts at a time. Just be careful not to overcook. I usually put it under 3.

Great toaster, looks good, cooks even. The a bit more and high lift functions work great and artisan breads fit in perfect. You don’t need to flip them and have them flip over.

bought this because of the four slices of toast ability. love that i can put longer slices of toast in and it fits great.

We have had this toaster for a few weeks now and are very pleased with it. It was more expensive than other options but it also delivers more value and quality. It has some options that other toasters do not and it enables us to produce great results on toast and bagels alike.

Good quality 4 slice toaster. Easy to use with extra features to get the perfect toasting. If you are willing to spend a little more for this toaster you won't be disappointed.

You know you are getting old when a toaster can be an exciting purchase, but this thing is FANCY! The lights count down on the outside and the slots can fit long rustic breads.

Works great, toasts quicker than our toaster over. Clean design and 4 slice capacity. This is the 2nd Breville toaster I have bought. I highly recommend it.

The “just a bit more” function is perfect for me because I like my toast a little more crispy than most. Nice and sleek and the big slot is perfect for toasting slices of homemade artisan loaves.

Love it! Does a great job with all shapes and sizes of bread, bagels, whatever. I also like the easy ability to add just a little more time to get the browning just right. Looks great too.

My wife likes it. it does a pretty fair job of making toast. you can toast artisan type bread, the kind with super long slices. it's good.

This is a really nice looking toaster and so functional. I love it. Easy to use and multiple controls allowing you to select degree of toasting.

It's a toaster. It's also the best toaster I've ever used and for this price, it had better be! This is replacing a broken $9 toaster and though it's more than 10 times the price, I'm kinda in love. Bagels came out phenomenal, same with frozen waffles. Love that 4 waffles or larger (longer) pieces of sliced bread fit. The trade off is that this thing is HUGE! It's light, but massive. if you have minimal storage space or counter space, I'd suggest the smaller version or a different toaster entirely.
