excellent Espresso machine, especially for a beginner

Best espresso machine on the market. The option for auto frothing milk is great for busy mornings. The machine is also pretty quite compared to others.

Coffee machine itself is great once you get the hang of it. Machine broke after 6 months of careful use and proper cleaning. Breville will not replace after 90 days, it has to go in for service which takes 4-6 weeks door to door. Disappointing for expensive equipment. Wish I spent a little more on a more reliable brand

I love my new coffee machine. Very easy to use, my coffee in the morning are lovely.

Not very sturdy and slides around on the counter too easily when being used, requiring you to hold it down when you take the portafilter on and off. Water doesn't get hot enough. Steam wand doesn't get hot enough, squirts a ton of water into your milk, and gives you no control over the temperature. It doesn't get as hot as advertised, which I guess is all fine if you're okay with a lukewarm latte. Shot quality was fair for an at home espresso machine, but still nowhere near as hot as espresso should be, even when we primed the machine by brewing a dummy shot. We opted for a $30 Moka pot instead.

Great starter machine! This is my first espresso machine and in a day I was able to make amazing coffee.

This has been an awesome espresso machine! Definitely worth the money and easy to use. We watched a utube video about how to use the machine, which was very helpful.

The machine is great and easy to use. The portafilter and tampering tool that comes with are basic. You will feel like wanting to upgrade those.

Seems to be a good entry level Espresso machine for my wife. Like most its picky about the grind of your beans.
