    Super easy to use. Great coffee. Heavy duty where it needs to be. Steaming wand works great. Awesome deal. We make at least two lattes a day.

    A great espresso machine, but when I received my order from Best Buy, it became obvious that it had been previously used. The items were wet, the steaming pitcher box was wilted due to the water. I noticed a tiny bit of coffee in the portafilter. Just a little disappointed.
