Easy to use and setup, makes great espresso even if you aren't an expert. Very little maintenance- just run a cleaning tablet through a couple of times per year. Can use any whole bean or grounds.

Weather you like espresso or cappuccino, look no further. Its a wonderful piece of art. It's actually part of daily routine. Cant start my day without a cup of tasty cappuccino.

i've been really enjoying this machine! it makes espresso that tastes exactly like my local coffee shop. the only problem i've had is every now and then the shots dont come out. like a few drops are made and that's it. it might just need to be cleaned, and it dosent happen often but something to note. i wish it came with shot glasses too. mugs are too tall to be put under the espresso dispenser. Great product for the price:)

This is a great espresso machine. So far I’ve really enjoyed the quality of the espresso. However, I wish there was more information of pressure of tamping the grounds and just info or recommendations around they type of bean you are using and what would be the best grind amount and fineness of grind etc. The learning curve has been difficult and a bit complicated and the grounds spill out and over when grinding to the necessary level for a double shot espresso. These are just some minor irritating things I haven’t quite gotten the hang of the milk frother yet but in time I’ll master it. Overall still like it, maybe would be better suited at closer to 5 or 600 dollars max.

Wife was a Starbucks fanatic and got this to help save money. Took some time to learn but now she says my lattes are about the same! Got some accessories that helped make it easier

if you're concered about how long a morning coffee would take, just know... there is a learning curve "youtube videos will help, but if you want to save on those $5-8 coffees you buy- you get the same great taste and this machine pays for itself. Its not CHEAP but its soooo worth it! nothing like a freshly made latte, cappuccino, espresso shot, once you get past the learning curve, you'll never want another coffee from anywhere else... :)

I loved everything about this machine. It took me a while to understand how to pull a great shot, however, despite my ignorance at first I was still about to learn so much because of how user-friendly this machine is. It is truly excellent and I couldn't be happier, especially as a first-time espresso enthusiast.

You have a beautiful machine here. I've been using the original since 2019 and couldn't be happier with the espresso it creates. Because it is so simple to operate, anyone can become a barista, and I really miss having it while I am away from home. My cleaning sensor experience has been uneven. The sensor light will not turn off sometimes, even after I have completely cleaned it; other times, it will turn off at random. This has no effect on me because I just clean mine once a month. The espresso machine and the milk frother both operate beautifully, which is, after all, the most important thing.

I really enjoy this espresso machine. It works just as it should. It has quickly become one of my favorite appliances. You can also tell that a lot of thought went into this machine. Just a really nice piece of equipment that is well worth it's price. If your coffee at Starbucks costs $5, it pays for itself after 140 drinks. Well worth it in my opinion. Read all the directions and make use of the troubleshooting chart. You'll be a coffee barista in no time!

Easy setup and operation. Took me about an hour (and about a half pound of coffee) to dial it in, but once I did - wow! Perfect espresso with beautiful crema. Couldn’t be happier.
