Love love love, use it everyday and I haven’t been to Starbucks in weeks!!!

I have enjoied this unit since I got it. I do wish it had a way to notify you when the water gets low but this hasnt been that big of a deal. I have been able to pour great shots and enjoy espresso drinks.

I don't drink alot of coffee at all, but my wife does EVERY SINGLE DAY! When she opened this for Christmas, she cried tears of joy!.

The wife loves it. Probably only seen her use it 7 times... gotta love spending $700+ on a machine that has been used almost less days than there are in a week. Other than that, it gets the job done.

Breville is the best and this is a tried and true machine that has been rated best for Years. Plus Breville has excellent customer service long after Best Buy warranty expires. Remember to ALWAYS register your machine with Breville!!

Got this for my wife that was a barista when we first met. Just like old times she makes me a delicious latte or americano. Just great. She loves it as well.

It’s only been a few months but i don’t go through a day without having a shot or two. It’s very easy to learn and makes coffee drinking an art!

Get the protection plan!! When it is not broken and the grind setting and amount are correct and the pump gets the right amount of water, it makes great expresso! During the first 2 months you have a 60% - 70% chance of getting good expresso. My first unit broke after 4 months (pump quit working). Fortunately had the best buy protection plan and the store took it back and gave me a replacement off the shelf! The replacement (a brand new unit) lasted for 2 months before the pump and then the grinder broke. Tried working with the breville customer support who had me extensively disassemble the unit in an unsuccessful repair attempt. Back to Best Buy who, with this wonderful protection plan, promptly replaced it with a 3rd new unit from the shelf. I believe I have a 1-year protection plan and am just planning on having to swap it out at best buy every 2 or 3 months until they declare enough. At which point I will try a different company. This is my first experience with Breville and after what I expect to be 3 more replacement units, will be my last. I do wonder how the people who have left positive reviews feel 3 or 4 months later. I am using my machine twice a day on average.
