First they schedule a delivery day, then right on the delivery day they reschedule it! It is not right, because I counted on it, otherwise I could go to a best buy store and get my espresso maker. I had some special guests and I needed on that specific day! I understand due to Covid19 you are short in employees, but try to be more organized, thank you

Make sure to watch some howto videos before judging the quality of the espresso. All beans are different and require a different touch. It’s a learning curve.
