So far love this little machine

It has a small footprint, everything you need to get started on the machine, i.e. milk steamer, grinder and a small storage tray to hideaway accessories. The only reason I’m not giving it a 5 star review is there is a learning curve but its getting easy ever time. There are tons of videos to help you get to that perfect pull. We are having fun learning.

This has no warranty. None

It started to leak after 6 months and they say don't bring it back to BestBuy, call Breville. I opened a case 2 weeks ago and got an automated reply that I would get a response within 2 days. Nothing since. No updated on the portal. Calling them gets routed to an automated callback system due to "system issues" and they never call back. Google this, this same issue has been going on for over a year. Breville do not honor any warranties. Now I need to go through my credit card to look for a refund there.
