Grinder is a little loud but that is to be expected from a built in. Really makes me appreciate coffee even more. Everything is pretty intuitive. Just glance over the manual to fine tune your use of the the machine and you’ll be good to go.

Getting the perfect shot is easy once you understand the process, but I highly suggest watching a few videos on the machine to understand what each part does and why it's important to prep your puck. My only complaint is the steamer- it takes a while to get going and awhile to steam your milk. But it still will turn out great.
