It took a little practice to get the grind and dose correct but, that's what learning to be a experienced barista takes. Steaming the milk took very little practice to get a really great hot foamy milk. And, thanks to all the espresso videos on YouTube.

Told her to put a handful of rice in the grinder and it fixed the problem. Do what I did. Read good and bad reviews and buy extended warranty. Best gift I ever got my wife.
