    The delivery was so fast. I got it just a day after order. This espresso machine is so sensitive. I have to adjust everything to make it extract a fine espresso. But the machine itself functions very well.

    This is a great espresso maker with a lot of features. You can fine tune the grind and amount dispensed. The steam wand has very good power and temp making great foam a breeze.

    Take time to learn how fine/coarse a grind to get to the right amount of pressure cost is a little high for my money but if I can get it just right it will pay for itself by me not having to go to star 6 Bucks

    “Best Buy “store they sold me an item that someone returned,it was a gift for my husband’s birthday and I was embarrassed that it was not new, but my husband said that it works, leave it, I won’t say that it was better than the coffee machine I tried from, it turns out very weak espresso and when there is half left in the reserve for water it does not steam for the latte I have to constantly keep the supply full, I will not buy anything else in the Best Buy this was my worst purchase and a ruined birthday gift
