Great all in one expresso maker. My wife is a barista and she said this is as close to the industrial grade espresso machine she uses at work.

Just received it yesterday. Took a little while to setup. And even more to "dial-in" the coffee amount and tamping. Coming from a super automatic, I've had to use Youtube videos to get some "tutoring" on pulling good espresso shots. Its helped immensely. First quad americano came out very good.

All of my electronic purchases are from Bestbuy. The items are in excellent quality and are above my expectations. I love shopping with Bestbuy and I always will.

I bought this machine 8 months ago . It worked great at first. Then the machine went complelty down hil, I noticed the floor became strange & then I found metal shards in my espresso grind. Disgusting & very dangerous after taking with costumer service. I took off the grinder cap & found the metal part has been breaking apart( I’m not sure how long which is scary as well) I’ve only ever used high quiltly regular whole beans. I stopped using the grinder & after 2 weeks, the epresso pressure machine no longer works. It’s a 700 $ machine that only lasted 9 months & has a serious defect putting metal into the coffee grounds. I’ve spent the last 3 weeks dealing with customer service via email & phone calls. It’s been a horrible exp. After doing every video & update for them. They have not come up with a replacement & never sent any kind of repair email.( I’ve called & emailed again) & nothing in regards to the repair. It’s under a 2 year warranty. They have been a nightmare tondela with and have not honored the warranty and come up with no solution for a dangerously defective product. I now have to review to find a solution. If de long I go can email directly back. I’m on the phone with costumer service for the 10th time. I need a replacement or way to send in for repair

Amazing starter espresso machine! Has everything you need to get started

I would give this a 4.5. Love everything about this machine but find the steamer spurts water into the milk before it becomes steam. So I now turn it on and let it blow off the water and then insert it into the pitcher to steam the milk. And sometimes it takes too much time for the steam to come out. For the cost of this machine, I would think this should run perfect and will most likely call when I have time to speak to Breville and see if this is normal or not. Just haven’t had time to do it. I love the Grinder and all the extras that come with the machine including a cleaning tool, damper and pitcher. However, If the steamer produced steam right away instead of spurting water when you turn it on, this would be 5 stars for sure. I use Lavazza beans and couldn’t be happier with the espresso. For the price I Wish the steamer worked more fluently then it would be perfect.

This machine was a good investment. It has saved us money goinv to starbucks everyday before work.

Love It. It took a few days to find "my" preferred settings. Now my espresso is better than any I can buy in any cafe around here. The machine heats in seconds. You must follow the instructions precisely to get the best results...pre-infusing hot water through the portafilter and steam wand, etc. I use Intelligentsia Black Cat Classic Espresso...delicious.

Easy to set up. Makes great espresso. I recommend buying good coffee beans ... the better the beans the better tasting your espresso will be.

This device provides the most delicious coffee with an incredible amount of Crema. It is easy to use, easy to clean, and very reliable. This is my second one in 13 years. I only got another one, because I gave my previous one to my daughter!

It is a super combo, easy to use. The preheat is fast, and the grinder is fast and fine. However, the tank is small and the milk steamer is single one nozzle, it need more time to froth the milk.

Machine came in perfect condition but it is a little tricky to maneuver and get the perfect espresso. However once you find the right setting it’s all good.

This is our second Breville Espresso Machine. The first one lasted almost 10 years. It makes amazing espresso if you watch some Youtube videos and understand the process. Fresh coffee beans are a must. You have to keep it clean by following directions in the manual. No regrets at all.

I was nervous about investing the money in this machine but I read the reviews and decided to make the jump. I am so glad I did. I love everything about it. It was easy to set up and use right out of the box. I did watch some at home user videos and got some good tips. One tip I found was to put a container of some type under the grinder to catch the over flow of grounds so they don't go down the drain when I empty the water tray.
