Don’t waste your money on cheap pod machines. Do yourself a favor and spend extra and get this guy. Goes on sale for $540 (marked down from $700) often so keep an eye out. Buy fresh roasted beans (shop local!) and you’ll be all set!

Best investment ever. You will save a lot of money in the long run and the coffee is always good.

I'd like to preface this by stating that prior to this purchase I spent countless days researching and watching reviews for the most optimal Espresso Machine before stumbling onto this item. This espresso machine works really well! There are a lot more pros than there are cons and I will do my best to list them. PROS: - There are a ton of controls but is extremely easy to use. - You can control the level of granularity w/ your coffee beans. - You can control the temperature of your water to a certain extent. - You can configure presets for the amount of espresso you would like brew. - You can preset the perfect amount of beans to grind. - It is intelligent enough to tell you when to clean and drain. - The frothing wand is fun and easy to use. - Super easy clean up. - Super straight forward and easy deep cleaning. CONS: - Sometimes the coffee beans don't sift down to the grinder and throws off your preset amount of beans to grind. - The "Perfect" grind for me ends up spilling some of the ground off the Portafilter and makes a little mess. - The water catcher fills up pretty fast. Overall I really enjoy this product. I don't see myself going back to regularly brewed coffees, and I'm pretty sure people only come over for my espresso now.

The grinder is good and quality of espresso depends on how much coffee you put in the filter, took a couple of tries to get it right. The steamer did not get hot enough at times which was frustrating. The gauge on the front didn't provide any meaningful feedback

Getting the grinder definitely put.this espresso machine to the next level. We used to own the regular option prior to this and it feels like a whole new word. There is some experimentation to do with the grind level and getting the best flavor out of the coffee.

It was tough to get everything right from the start, but I am very glad that I did. Incredible coffee comes from this machine.

It looks stunning in the kitchen. And it is fun to learn how to get the right grind size and pressure to make the coffee you like, and far better than those sweet ones from StarBucks.

My wife suggested getting one of these as a way to improve our quarantine experience - and it has done an excellent job at that. It was easy to set up and had great directions on how to get started. Overall, great purchase.

We have been loving our new espresso machine. The start up was straight forward and easy. We enjoyed our very first Americano within 30 minutes out of the box. You really get the barista feel with this machine. Very happy, thus far. Also, Best Buy’s price match policy gave us this machine at a great price.

Pros: makes amazing espresso, it pays for its self if you frequently buy coffee in fancy coffee places.. this has actually not only paid for it self already but I have saved money as well. Cons: you become a coffee snob; no longer being able to just drink regular brewed coffee, even the fancy coffeeshop kind...

Nice machine does it all, looks great on the coffee bar as well. Takes some time to get the hang of it but once you get it, you are making the best coffee.

Good product for the price. Premium quality, compact and fits on my countertop. There is a slight learning curve with this machine but some YouTube tutorials and a couple trial runs later and I have smooth rich espresso!
