Great coffee maker

Some coffee beans are slow to tumble down the grinder but I blame the beans. Cleaned it once and descaled once so far. Proceeded as described in the manual. Read the manual ;-) A nice machine.

Worth Every Penny

Breville has a great customer service thats what earned the full 5 star as well. The coffee grinder broke quite earlier after the purchase but they were able to fix it at no cost to me at all..i have it for over an year now..its running smooth

You’ll never go back to regular coffee!

I would recommend doing research on how to dial in the perfect pull of espresso but after a few weeks, you will get it and never go back to regular coffee!

Read the Manuel and do the maintenance cleaning. It works great. I’ve had this for a little over a year and mine works just as new as the day we unpacked it.

Makes fantastic coffee!

So far this one makes the best espresso. A little messy compared to the fully automatics. To me, it’s worth the extra effort to get better coffee. Besides, the price is about half or less of the automatic ones.

Practice Makes Perfect

It does require some patience and practice to get the grind settings right (and proper tamping), but the effort is so worth it! Cappuccino and Espresso is perfect in the comfort of my own home. I was lucky to get mine on sale.

I love that it has an integrated grinder, and the controls are easy and straightforward to use. If you’re on the fence because it looks complicated, don’t be! It is easy and fun to learn, and I guarantee you’ll love it!

You can’t buy a mocha this good

For 20 some years my wife has made her daily mocha from the inexpensive steamers lat last about a year or two. I finally gifted this to her for a Christmas and WOW! Her quality of life just took a big leap. The mocha’s this makes in comparison to her previous machines or any big chain coffee shop for that matter are far more rich and flavorful. We were concerned about making the large 24 oz mochas that she was accustomed to as I do no online reviews or instructions anywhere. I gambled that we’d figure it out and we did. We use the carafe from the steamer machine (always available at Goodwill) and rather than pressing the two cup button for an espresso, I just push the button as many times as it takes to fill the carafe which is usually about 4 times. Great investment.

Nice looking machine but pressure gauge isn’t good

Bought some cute accessories for it. However, the machine’s pressure gauge was not up to make espresso. I have tried several ways to solve it according to my research, it still didn’t work. I was disappointed to have to return it. I had been looking forward to it making a nice cup of coffee for me. It could be just this unit though.
