Beginner to coffee making? Go for this one hands down. Just love it. I use the grinder and espresso maker everyday. Also use the hot water outlet for green tea.

The is the best coffee machine on the market! It allows you to make regular coffee by the cup as well as Expresso! We have 2 of these units and never had any issues.

This coffee maker is not ordinary at all. I can make a cappuccino super easy. Getting the correct coarseness or fineness of the bean is a little tricky and requires trials before getting it right so that the brewing is perfect.

If you want real espresso,that’s the machine! Ill recommend!!

I ordered this as a Christmas gift for my sister! They are in love with it! It’s simple and puts Starbucks to shame! The best thing about the product is the grinder on top. It’s convenient, cutting prep time in half.

The machine produces very good coffee. Much better than you get with similarly priced full automatic ones (e.g bruks). I like the fact you can fine tune to achieve perfect taste.

This is the 2nd BES870XL that I've purchased. I bought one for the my shop and was so satisfied that I bought one for the house as well. You would have to spend a lot more to get a separate burr grinder and espresso machine to beat this one.

Love this machine! It has so many options for grinding the beans and allows you to cater to your own tastes. It’s fun making espresso from scratch and the quality of the machine is top notch. Great for espresso martini makers!

I really wanted to love this machine, and while it did make great coffee, it’s too much work for me to be very price with all the steps to be able to make a great cup of coffee or espresso. Had to return it, as it was too much for me, but thanks to Best Buy’s return policy it was a no-hassle return. I recommend this for serious coffee lovers that don’t mind putting in the extra work!
