I've had this for 5 years, and very rarely go to coffee shops anymore. Highly recommended and built to last!

However, being that I was unfamiliar with the process, I had some issues getting the right poor st the right pressure. After researching and buying good coffee, the machine works great. Couldn't be more pleased. Best coffee I've ever had. Still working on the frothing but it's coming around.

Easy ROI to justify - Great machine

Finally a real espresso maker

This machine just does it. The coffe comes as good as in an Italian coffeeshop. It is such a pleasure.
