Probably only seen her use it 7 times... gotta love spending $700+ on a machine that has been used almost less days than there are in a week. Other than that, it gets the job done.

Worked Great At First

Its probably the best you can purchase in stores. Worked great and kept working but soon the temp just wasn't getting hot enough for the type of expresso I prefer. I would recommend and probably keep it price was a little lower.
