why plastic??

The only downside to it is that the top cup warmer is made of plastic and after a while it tends to crack around the frame from normal wear. Hoping they will later make a model fixing this issue, especially for the price you wouldn't expect a plastic part on this machine.

Love my Breville!

This product comes with lots of accessories and has the cleaning kit storage behind the water drip basket.
