The Impress model includes the tamper that lets you know that you have the right amount and tamps the coffee all in one. There are so many grind settings that you will be able to adjust for whatever coffee bean you want to enjoy. The frothing wand is great. All in all this machine produces an excellent cup of great tasting espresso quickly.

Love this product! Works very well. Making a good expresso drink takes skill & practice though. Don't presume things will always go perfect, you do have to read the manual and learn how to become a skilled barista. I highly recommend this model. Automatic or manual dosing options, love the grinder and once you have your specific grind dialed it, you are well on your way to making great lattes that you no longer need to spend $6-$7 for a cup at Starbucks.

Simple and easy to use. Takes a few tries to get the grind right, once the grind gets dialed in it's really easy and makes great espresso

I drink an iced latte daily and this machine is perfection. I considered a machine that would automatically make different hot beverages but I am so happy with the Breville. I can easily make a hot Americana or lattes for company if needed. If I drank hot beverages regularly, I might consider one of the automated machines, but this is perfect for my needs.

Takes a lot of the guesswork out of making a good cup of espresso, while not having all the (useless imo) digital screen nonsense.

I have had several espresso machines this one is by far the best one. The memory system delivers the right amount of coffee every time to make my drink to my taste every time. There is no mess of coffee grounds all over the counter. I love this machine

Amazing Machine. I really appreciate how easy it is to use. The coffee tastes really nice. The auto dosing feature is really useful as a new home barista.

This maching will adjust grind amount based off your grind setting. Itll ensure you meet the 18g of grounds. It will also auto pull shots for you and learn as you go. If the machine grinds too much or too little, it will tell you and adjust accordingly after you clean out the extra grinds (comes with a tool for this) if theres too much and hit the button again. Has a great steam wand that is very easy to use and it has a nozzle where you can just get hot water if you wanted it. It also comes with a storage compartment for the extra tools you get. If you prefer to do the espresso making yourself, you can switch the machine to manual mode and handle everything yourself. Very easy to use!
